 Welcome to my website! I am Paul Cusumano, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist (NCMT). I have been serving Northern New Jersey since 2006. I have been helping many people relax and manage pain. I received my NJ certification from Healing Hands Institute in Westwood, NJ and graduated with honors in 2006. I received my National Certificate from the NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork) shortly thereafter. I am fully insured by AMTA.
My office is in Montclair, NJ at 103 Park Street, FLR 3, unit 2. However, I will do out-calls to Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, Morris, and Union counties to work on you in the comfort of your home. Massages are given on a portable massage table and I provide everything necessary for a complete massage. The massage techniques I use are geared toward quickly finding the muscles that are causing the most problems so that the natural healing process is enhanced. I can easily design a massage to meet your needs by combining any or all of these techniques:
My primary modalities are Swedish (relaxation), Deep Tissue, (a.k.a. “Therapeutic” massage), and Trigger Point / Neuromuscular. I sometimes add moist heat to accelerate your muscles’ response time. I also provide Pre/Post Natal massages for women who are in their 2nd or 3rd trimester, or have recently given birth.
In addition to my private practice, I work as a massage therapist at Summit Medical Group in Berkley Heights, NJ where I work on both doctors and patients with musculoskeletal injuries and abnormalities. Previously I was on the massage therapy staff at The Spa at Short Hill in the Hilton Short Hills.
